Rib Eye
12oz well marbled Black Angus beef, seasoned with Chef Dom’s seasoning and topped with a fresh herb compound butter. Served with sautéed seasonal vegetable and our housemade white cheddar chipotle mashed potatoes.
Slow Roasted St. Louis Ribs
Tender, slow roasted St Louis Pork Ribs finished on the grill until they simply fall off the bone. Glazed with our Hawaiian BBQ Sauce. Served with our potato wedges and our coleslaw.
Grilled Pacific Rim Salmon
Salmon filet basted with a honey-lemon butter, drizzled with our own Pacific Rim sauce, served with steamed white rice and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Seared Ahi coated in black and white sesame seeds, topped with Unagi sauce. Served with steamed white rice and sauteed seasonal vegetables.

Kona beer battered Ono freshly fried and served with our flavorful potato wedges and coleslaw. An island favorite.
Key Lime Pie
Our famous key lime pie with a macadamia nut graham cracker crust. Topped with whipped cream and fresh lime.
Poke Nachos
The perfect collaboration of fresh Ahi, wonton chips, topped with Kimchi, Ocean salad and drizzled with Unagi and Island sauce. A Pacific rim favorite.
Paniolo Burger
Grilled burger topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, Hawaiian BBQ sauce and fried onion straws, with lettuce and tomato. Served with potato wedges.
Chili Garlic Shrimp-
Fresh shrimp stir fried with roasted garlic, chili sauce and seasonings, served over fried or white rice.
Poke Bowl
